Bio
Lynda McKay is a Sydney based artist working primarily in oil.
Her work remains grounded in close observation of the world around us with contemporary still life as its main focus. Her paintings reflect the quiet balance of everyday objects and she is drawn to familiar forms that hold a sense of calm, presence and quiet attention.
Alongside still life, landscape has also remained an ongoing interest within her practice.
